Ordered on 3/6/10; rec'd notification on morning of 3/10/10 that item had shipped, arrived later the same day! Super fast service. Product arrived in good condition and appears to be of very good quality (better than I was expecting, based on the price). The only negative was that all this "stuff" came with no instructions. I would like to have had instructions on how to use the tip repair kit and I have no idea what the plastic "tally bottle and balls" is for!

Good set. Not perfect sticks or anything, but overall good deal for the money. If you want perfectly straight cues, better spend more money.
